WHO WE ARE

Honoring your trust and your choices

Clients come to us with estate planning matters that carry real weight, and we approach each one with care and respect.

Many people first encounter estate planning as a collection of legal documents: a will, a trust, some powers of attorney. An effective estate plan, however, is more than the sum of its parts. When done properly, a plan directs decisions, assigns authority to act, and transfers responsibilities so your intentions — and your legacy — carry forward.

We focus on shaping that framework from the beginning. We guide clients through the choices that allow each part of the plan to work together, creating estate plans that remain sound, workable, and reliable.

Wellspring: (n) a steady, reliable source.

MEET MICHELLE CAMPS

Your source of steady guidance and support

I am an estate planning attorney licensed in Washington and focus my practice exclusively on estate planning and related matters.

I graduated from Villanova University School of Law. I am currently pursuing an LL.M. in Elder Law and Estate Planning, expanding my training in taxation, fiduciary administration, and advanced estate planning strategies.

Early in my legal work, I saw how differently estate plans function once people rely on them in real situations. Families were often left navigating uncertainty because key decisions had never been fully worked through, even if there were documents to work from.

Those experiences shaped how I practice today — focusing on addressing the foreseeable, leaving flexibility for the unforeseeable, and prioritizing my clients’ desired outcomes.
